Yoga exercise fan pose : Step by Step





1. sit on the floor and stretch one's left leg have one's right foot pulled forward
2.With two palms facing up, tilt one's upper body to the left
3. With a breath I stretched my right arm to the ceiling. draw someone's arm close to his ear
4. Deepen stretch by exhaling
5. Keep a few breaths
6. Get back slowly.
